Who is eligible for the program?
Reproductive Endocrinologists and REI mid-levels who are licensed and board certified in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.

When will the program begin?
The program begins on November 1, 2016.

How do I earn Rewards Dollars?
You will earn 1 Rewards Dollar for each 75 IU unit of Follistim and Menopur dispensed at MDR Fertility Pharmacy to cash paying patients. Each Rewards Dollar is equivalent to 1 USD. Each month, your Rewards Dollar balance will be converted into $100 Vouchers to be distributed to your patients and redeemed at MDR. Note: To qualify for rewards dollars in a given month, a minimum monthly threshold of 100 75 IU units (~ 3 IVF orders) must be dispensed that month.

Are excess Rewards Dollars lost after the voucher conversion takes place?
No, excess rewards dollars are not lost. They are carried over to the following month. For example, if you earned 350 Rewards Dollars, you will be provided with three $100 Reward Vouchers, and 50 Rewards Dollars will be carried over to the following month.

How do I obtain my Rewards Vouchers?
Each month you will receive an email notifying you that your rewards vouchers are available to print on www.mdrxrewards.com. Just click on the link included in the email, enter your login information, and print your vouchers!

When will my Rewards Vouchers be available each month?
Your Rewards Vouchers will be available by the 15th of each month. You will be notified via email when they are available.

How do I view a detailed statement on the number of vouchers I earned?
When you login to print your vouchers, you will see a brief overview containing the number of vouchers earned that month and in prior months. For a more detailed overview of your prescribing and rewards history, click on the "Rewards Activity" tab.

How do my patients redeem the rewards?
Rewards can be redeemed in several ways:

  • Phone - The ID number on the voucher can be read to the MDR Patient Care Coordinator who will apply the discount.
  • Fax - The voucher can be faxed along with the patient's prescription.
  • E-Prescription - In the notes section of the E-Prescribing platform, type "MDR Rewards" and the ID number on the voucher.

Is there a limit on the number of vouchers that one patient can use?
No! There is no limit on the number of vouchers that a patient can use. If you have identified a patient that is in greater need of financial assistance, you have the flexibility to offer that patient multiple vouchers to more significantly reduce their medication cost.

Do the vouchers expire?
Yes, the vouchers expire 6 months after the date they are issued. Each voucher includes an expiration date which is the last day that the voucher can be used.

Which medications can the Rewards Vouchers be applied to?
The Rewards Vouchers can be applied to the cost of the following fertility medications:

  • Clomiphene Citrate 50 mg
  • Crinone® 8% Progesterone Gel
  • Endometrin® Vaginal Insert 100 mg
  • Estrace Tablet (1 mg or 2 mg)
  • Estradiol Tablet (1 mg or 2 mg)
  • Follistim® AQ Cartridge (300 IU, 600 IU or 900 IU)
  • Ganirelix Acetate Injection
  • Letrozole 2.5 mg
  • Leuprolide Acetate 2 Week Kit
  • Menopur® 75IU Vial
  • Novarel®
  • Omnitrope® 5.8 mg/vial
  • Ovidrel® Prefilled Syringe
  • Pregnyl®
  • Progesterone in Sesame Oil 50 mg/mL

Can I customize the vouchers for my practice?
Yes! The vouchers are customized with the name of your fertility practice. To change this information or correct a misspelling, click "My Account" in the menu bar above

How do I change my account information?
After you enroll, you can change your account information by logging in with your username and password and then clicking "My Account" in the menu bar.

How do I make a suggestion to improve the program?
We encourage feedback to improve the program. If you have a suggestion, please reach out to your local MDR sales representative or click "Contact Us" in the menu bar above and submit your suggestion online.

I no longer wish to participate in the program. How do I withdraw?
To withdraw from the program, click on Contact Us in the menu bar above and send a brief request to the MDR Rewards Team. You will be removed from the program within 48 hours. We also encourage you to share any feedback so that we can improve the program.
